REPORTING LINE:

The incumbent of the role will report into the HRBP for Supply chain Arabia & Finance –

Main Job Purpose:

The role will be that of an HR Business Partner for the SC function in the Company. As the HRBP to the Works Director of company, the incumbent will be responsible for building manufacturing capability, leadership capability, organisational capability and driving a culture to win in the market place.

The challenge of this role will be two-fold:

1.Being HRBP, specifically for Supply Chain, and therefore the establishing and delivering HR solutions as per the requirement of the function and the company.

1.The role will also be responsible as a site HR Manager for the complete company and be the single point of contact for any external interface.

The role will partner with the local SC leaders in the factory to transform the business by:

  • Understanding the factory in its competitive environment and generate insights about the people, capabilities, organisation effectiveness and culture and to identify transformational change opportunities that will differentiate the factory in the market place.
  • Translating opportunities and business needs into requirements for HR solutions.
  • Leading the implementation and activation of HR solutions.
  • Leading the implementation of the HR Transformation project in the company.
  • Bringing change management and transformation expertise to transformation efforts within the business unit.
  • Ensuring the availability and development of appropriate talent to meet the business unit’s needs and build a talent mindset.
  • Championing the desired culture and manage its development.
  • Securing the right climate in the organisation using employee relations and industrial relations approaches as appropriate.
  • Ensuring HR’s credibility and impact.

Key Accountabilities:

  • The management of the training and development of all staff in coordination with HR Talent function
    Remuneration, Appraisals, Personal Development Plans
  • Execution of HR strategy for the teams, with continuous alignment to the overall business strategy
  • Responsible for communicating and implementing Company HR Policies.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing staff remuneration and other reward systems in coordination with HR Expertise function.
  • Responsible for evaluation of staff jobs.
  • Responsible to ensure Company’s disciplinary policy is adhered to through implementation of disciplinary procedures.
  • Tracking manpower numbers and communicating with 3rd party providers.
  • Establishing close liaison with HR Shared Service Function for getting support on Recruitment, Visas, Training Delivery, Payroll Administration, Staff Leaves, Employee Welfare and General Administration.
  • Coordinating with SHE function for implementation of SHE policy
